Among the most exciting and powerful works produced by the artists of Mixit Studio are pieces of an impressive scale—wall-size artworks involving multiple runs and re-positioning of plates to make prints larger than the normal limits of the printing press. At the other end of the scale, a number of artists are making prints that measure barely one square inch. These invite an intimate, close look. Drama of Scale presents a selection of prints from the extreme ends of the size scale, challenging the viewer to consider how the subject of the prints and their physical presence relate.
